Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: All goods purchased through our e-shop will be delivered within 7 business days from the date of your order.
  • In-Stock Items: Products labeled with the green "In Stock" badge are available for immediate dispatch and will be delivered within 48 hours of order processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Shipping Options and Costs

We offer multiple convenient shipping methods for your orders. All shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Free Shipping

  • Orders over 2,000 CZK (including VAT) qualify for free standard shipping within the Czech Republic.
  • Note: Free shipping does not apply to door purchases.

Domestic Shipping (Czech Republic)

  • Packeta (Zásilkovna):
    • Standard Orders (0kg–5kg): 97.90 CZK
    • Oversized Orders (6kg–10kg): 119.90 CZK
    • Delivery to any Packeta (Zásilkovna) branch or doorstep.

International Shipping (Within Europe)

  • Packeta (Zásilkovna):
    • Standard Orders (0kg–5kg): 5.50 EUR
    • Oversized Orders (6kg–10kg): 7.30 EUR
    • Delivery to any Packeta (Zásilkovna) branch or doorstep.

Doorstep Delivery

  • Doorstep delivery is available for both domestic and international orders through Packeta. Exact pricing will be displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Shipping Terms

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.
    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  2. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

  3. Delays:

    • While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, unforeseen delays (e.g., due to customs or carrier issues) may occasionally occur. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes:

    • For orders shipped outside the Czech Republic, any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
