The Scrigno Stech construction case is a high-quality galvanized case for single-wing doors with a 20-year warranty and is intended for interior use. The pocket construction is made of galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 0.5 mm on the sides/back profile and 0.8 mm on the top/bottom profile. Along with the metal pocket, a bead is supplied, which is placed in the upper part, at the point of connection between the metal pocket and the masonry (on both sides). It protects against the possible formation of small cracks in the plaster. The side of the pocket is made from a single piece of sheet metal and is characterized by vertical ribbing with a spacing of 100 mm. The ribbing gives the structure greater strength. The metal mesh that completes the side is made of galvanized steel and is attached to the side by means of clips, allowing excellent adhesion of the plaster. The case is equipped with two connecting spacers required for installation. The package includes the Scrigno Soft system, retarder for closing sliding doors up to 30 kg. The construction sleeve is produced for brick partitions (variant with mesh for plastering), or in a smooth version for plasterboard. The net clearance height after lining the door panel is 1970, or 2100 mm. The lateral play between the rail and the carriage is reduced to a minimum, which always guarantees a completely precise movement. Vertical clearance has also been minimized and castors have been used that extend beyond the steel body, eliminating any problem associated with swings.
